What this website collects
- No forms, no accounts, no tracking cookies. This website does not have a sign-up or enquiry form, does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not use third-party trackers.
- Emails you send us. If you email us (for example using the "Request a meeting" button), we receive what you choose to include: usually your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.
Why we use it
We use the details in your email only to reply to you, arrange a meeting and, if you become a client, provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and secures this website.
- Google (Google Workspace) provides our email.
These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside India, subject to their own safeguards and applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and, where you become a client, for the period required by applicable laws and regulations. We delete enquiries that don't lead to an engagement within a reasonable period.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to access, correct, complete, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. To make a request, email contact@akonfinancials.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Grievances
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, email contact@akonfinancials.com with the subject "Privacy grievance". If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
